Originally released for NA in 2007 by Aeria Games; it was shut down in 2012.
Re-released by Suba Games (♥) on February 13, 2015 & made it onto Steam on August 14!

To participate in casino event, go to Casino Palace in eversun city. Click on the giant statues outside to view reward list and claim items. Trade your 'casino night ticket' for items. If you don't have tickets, you can obtain some by gambling at the casino; it's not 100% drop rate. There are also stalls nearby selling them.
