Every time i have been on the LIR teamspeak i have seen from an outsider's perspective the lack of leadership from dylster. He has no knowledge of basic commands, basic rules of events, and cares little of his teammates. I submit to you he is a leader in name only, having no real impact other than being Jetch's lap dog. With this evidence, i can conclude that a demotion would be within reason.
