Decent DotA, competitive for decent players

Hello! Two friends and I have been playing DotA, either as duos or all three of us, and I've come to the conclusion that while DotA is a great game, it can be an exceptionally frustrating experience if you're not in a team of five players who are all coordinating and being respectful.

So I've made a discord server, and we're looking for people to play with so that we can form teams of five at our convenience, all play in voice chat, and get to become familiar and improve at the game together.

As some background on us three, one of our players has been in DotA for a while, while I and the other person are more fresh to the game, though we have plenty of experience from other MOBAS. We range from Guardian to Crusader, so none of us are amazing. We do take the game seriously though, and genuinely want to learn, improve, and play competitively. So here's what we're asking for :

- You're a decent person. Pointing out other's mistakes and weaknesses is ok and even useful, but respect and sportsmanship is equally, if not more important. Flamers, ragers, and abandoners need not inquire

- You're team-oriented, understand the importance of communication, working together towards objectives, and etc.

- You're playing competitively and with the goal to improve. Knowing you're making mistakes is one thing. Genuinely wanting to try and fix your flaws and improve is another. If you don't care to push yourself past your current limits, or are the type to deny mistakes, we're not a good fit.
