Hello, we will be using the Civ Community Patch modpack for all future multiplayer games. This modpack aims to make the game better through improved AI, fixing bugs, and removing/adding features that make/break the game. To get the modpack, search civ v cpp into your engine. Find the civfanatics forum, should be 1st link. Scroll down until you find the modpack mutliplayer compatible, thread, and select it. From there, scroll until you find the CPP Project Full EUI 3-9. Select it
1. Press download
2. extract it to your desktop
3. copy it
4. find your civ v folder, you can do this the easy way by opening steam, going into your game library, right-clicking on civ v, clicking properties, clicking the local files tab, and selecting browse local files
5. open the asset folder
6. right-click the DLC folder
7. paste
8. ???
9. profit
You have now successfuly download, and installed the best addition to civ v that ever will exist, congrats.
