Report a translation problem
To use your custom model in Source Filmmaker, you have to write a QC file that references/loads the DMX file and sets some other options, and then compile that into a Source model.
The probably-most-comprehensive guide on this subject can be found here:

(Also note that this guide was last updated in 2018, so it may be a bit outdated, but hopefully you can figure out what has changed how in Blender and the Blender Source Tools since then.)
You may also be able to google "Your First Source Model" or such to maybe find a simpler guide on converting your DMX mesh into a Source model, however that might not cover some of the things that you want to do with your model.
