Well, there isn't much to say. This is a community group that basically does raffles.

I'm going to summarize everything possible in this little bit here.

•Rules of each raffle may be determined by the person hosting it, but the general guidelines go as follows
•Items are accepted with 33% overpay for entry into a raffle
•I will post raffles for you with a small tax, which I'll talk about under the permission portion of this boring summary
•Refunds will not be given if you change your mind
•Items valued under 5 cents on the market cannot be raffled, only given away for free

•Admins can post raffles for free, and are determined only by me.
•Officers can raffle completely tax free- the fee to become officer is 10 keys
•Moderators can post raffles with 10% tax on the profits- the fee to become moderator is only 3 keys
•Regular members can't post raffles, but are allowed to participate in any and all raffles or giveaways

•Invite all of your friends (I might pick somebody random to give an item to at any time, as long as they have invited plenty of friends)
