Here you can apply to get promoted from a manager to an officer:
Rules:

You must have been a moderator for atleast a week+
I must trust you overall
Only the owner (Ace) is allowed to promote and judge
Friends that ive known for some time can apply or ask me right away
You have to give me a reason why you want to be promoted(Not allowed to use same reason you used for manager app)
You must tell me something about you
You must be friendly
