All members of the group play and train and recuit on all server just find name or steam id and press shift-tab then add a friend and hit invite.

On Gmod Or any mulltiplayer game please recuit people to are group do this by hitting Shift-Tab then view players the current or previous game or just type there name in the add a freind box. And look at there profile or name a right click in menu add to group.
