The 3eVolt is one the longest standing regiments in Napoleonic Wars, with one of the richest history and community. Initially lead by AsianP in the summer of 2012, the regiment has been stuck together through turbulent times and reforms. Throughout the life of the regiment, we have always been dedicated to being the best of the best. We take pride in being an excellent force on the battlefield, through sharpshooter accuracy in musket volleys and deadly skill in melee charges.

The regiment makes use of multiple detachments. Line infantry is our main role, having multiple events a week for it. We can field anywhere from 25-35 people during these events. For those interested in something else, our newly formed skirmishers detachment have a reserved slot to play Thursday and occasionally Fridays. Cavalry is also played from time to time, on Thursday or Friday. On days without skirmishers or cavalry put to use, those in the detachments will attend as line.

Those joining the regiment by themselves must apply on 3evolt.com. If you recruit someone specifically, they do not have to apply. Here is a checklist you MUST MAKE SURE IS COMPLETE when introducing a cadet to the regiment:

1. Show them our www.3evolt.com website. Show them the schedule, and all the useful information on the forums.
2. Give them their tags (3eVolt_Cad_Name) and the proper banner.
3. Tell them when our next event is, and when they would be able to attend,
4. Notify an officer of the cadet joining.
5. SEND THEM A GROUP INVITE!

Most of all, keep in touch with the cadet. You recruited them, so its most likely that you know the person best. Make sure he knows when events are and ask if he is enjoying the regiment.
