This is the 35th Dorsetshire Regiment of Foot

Regimental history:
The 35th Dorsetshire RoF was founded by ZtreaM on the 17th of December 2017 and started off in the game: Holdfast: Nations at War. The 35th grew very fast, after the first month of persistent recruiting, training and attending events, the 35th reached over a hundred members, both EU and NA. As the months of early 2018 went by, Holdfast went into decline, which also caused the 35th to go into decline and consequently the 35th started playing NW in the early spring of 2018. The 35th abandoned Holdfast and switched over to NW completely in mid-july 2018. In early september, the 35th left the QRA and thereafter joined the Les Gardes Suisses Brigade. The 35th left the Les Gardes Suisses Brigade in mid june 2019 and consequently joined the Queen's Royal Brigade.

Real life History:
The 35th Regiment of Foot was raised at Belfast in 1701 by The 3rd Earl of Donegal. It was henceforth known as The Belfast Regiment.

In 1751 it was numbered 35th. It became associated with the County of Dorsetshire in 1782. A second battalion was raised in 1799, but this was disbanded in 1803. Both 1st and 2nd Battalions reinforced the Maltese insurgents in the blockade of the French Garrison forcing the French to capitulate on 5 September 1800.


I created this regiment with hope that it will be the most honorable, proudest and disiplined regiment in the community. I couldn't have come this far, without the many months of experience in the 17thAL(N&S) and the 17th Leicestershire.
