21st Vikings Arma 3 Tactical Realism Unit

The 21st Vikings is an international Arma 3 MILSIM clan, predominantly focused on infantry warfare, with members primarily located in the United States and various European countries. While we enjoy an extensive MILSIM experience, we are also a community of players from all walks of life and different tastes in games. Members are encouraged to come on to TeamSpeak and play other games as well, whether it's with our other members or their own friends.

We are currently experiencing a 'low period' with only 1 or 2 fire teams per operation, and prefer to focus on quality over quantity. We're fairly casual while we do expect discipline during operation and training events and have a zero-tolerance policy towards unnecessary drama. We have been around since 2014 and have all the necessary infrastructure and experience in place to have a good time. Anyone interested in this, and willing to adapt to how we roll, is more than welcome to find out if we're a match.

Upon joining the 21st Vikings, all members will receive Basic Combat Training (BCT) to ensure that they have the basic skills needed to be an asset to their team. After members obtain their Combat Infantry Badge and enough experience they will be eligible to specialize in certain roles (Team Leading, Squad Leading, Combat Corpsman, Combat Diver, Designated Marksman, Sniper, Pilots, Mortar Specialist, UAV Operator, etc.). These roles require successful completion of an accompanied course after which the member obtains a certificate demonstrating his/her qualities within that role, and to prevent anyone in these roles form a liability to other players.

We have a very specific shared goal for Arma: total immersion. We train and conduct operations on the hardest difficulty level, disable crosshairs and third-person view, and we utilize a vast number of mods meant to result in the most realistic military experience possible. - Tuesday Mini-op @ 21:00 GMT(+1 during DST)

In addition, our members may always organize mini-operations (on our server or public servers) throughout the week outside of main operation and training times, to improve their skills and have fun alongside their fellow members.
