HoI3 Game postponed to the end of August

States update:
I would like to postpone the start of the game to September as we are continuously strangling with people availability and attendance. Instead, i would propose to play 3 hours scenarios from our previous games. Here are my reasons:
- I will be not available to play every weekend
- three other playerslwill be not able to play with us during upcoming weeks
- We have 4 players with no MP experience and 2 players which couldn't play major without supervision

By playing scenarios we could train the ppl and have fun without being dependent on every individual availability.
