tried playing HoI3.... played as poland... amassed a huge army 3 times bigger than what the USSR had... invaded them... and whats most likely an intentional bug in the game, even outnumbering the russians with more tanks that were a few years more devloped than theres... all my units kept shattering and being beaten dont waste your money on this,...

Can someone please tell me how it's calculated put preferably a basic idea of how it works. Because of the way I do my techs I get periods where my upgrades have a need of 200 IC at times, I usually like to only assign 50 to it or 1/2 as much as the current amount if less than 50. I'm asking this because I will have it stay at the same requested IC number for days or weeks and not change.
