Really wanted to enjoy this game, but its just a weird, choppy gzdoom. I expected Ion Fury-ish gameplay, but you just get a sword and all you do is left click, F, and deflect. Left click kills everyone who is within range, so F has no use, and when the game spawns like 10 enemies, its not even feasible trying to figure out that 2 is supposed to be killed with F, especially when the death cry is extremely loud and annoying. As for the deflect, its not implemented as good and fluid as in jedi outcast/academy games, 9 out of 10 the deflect either does not deflect in the good direction, or it straight up lets you take damage. This becomes much worse if there are 2 enemies shooting at the same time from different angles, as you cannot just hold the deflect button to deflect all, its a single 2s animation.... Saving the game freezes it for a second.
