While the game remains in early access it's only available in English. However the final version will be entirely translated into: French Italian German Spanish Russian (edit) Simplified Chinese (edit) We're also planning support for other languages (like Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Japanese) but we can't officially commit to those yet.
