Please for the love of GOD, do NOT pirate it from pirate bay. The idiot recommending that site probably hadn't gone sailing since 2003. You risk running into malware.

DONT BUY THIS FROM STEAM

thanks for all the replies - yeah steam doesn't give a royalshit about the refunds of something so old... despite the fact it screwed my "compatible" system when attempting to install... Consumer beware I guess - buy from something other than Steam. The first moment I've come across for this warning - I'll be looking at GOG for all future purchases of such games that interest me......
