Problem on Launch

Hello all,

I've had rimworld for a few years now, and it works just fine on my desktop. However, I just installed it on my laptop and I'm getting this error:

I have windows 10 with 850m nvidia. I installed directx redistributable that came with the game but its giving me error saying

"Failed to initialize Direct3D.
