Lol like DAK and Werh?
Because most axis units are underwhelming as is and you must spend resources to make them proper... as werh you are almost required to upgrade to 1 star, because your units are trash most of the time...
If zooks would come out dealing the damage they do after upgrade that would reduce axis LV gameplay (that is already underwhelming) to zero. DAK is a bit better on this topic, but you still can clap the 250 with small arms...

It's to keep the pace and progression of the game that's why... werh already struggles with timed AT, if you go Jager (which are trash) you have to spend 90 ammo for shrek and then prey they shoot twice in an encounter before they get turned into ground meat.

This is an online multiplayer fps.. sure it will have a SP campaign as well but thats never been the core of BF games.. so its probably an always online game..

Not sure if it physically has any DRM software built in but I don;t care about that kind of thing anyway.
