Right in the bin because as you've confirmed multiple times, this stance predates that trailer by weeks if not months.

First of all the argument isn't based only on the trailers but they're undeniable proof that you know you're lying.

Scondly whether they used PS1 assets as the foundation and redesigned them to resemble War of the Lions assets or whether they recreated the assets from scratch by reverse engineering or whether they ported them directly from War of the Lions is completely immaterial, at the end of the day they're showing trailers full of contents that looks like it's from War of the Lions upscaled through a filter, that's what everyone's seeing used to advertise the game

Which leads me to my third point, no one here has argued that they use unaltered assets from War of The Lions, but changes INTRODUCED by war of the lions have been apparent since the first trailer before there were any CGI beyond the Chocobo ride (in the same Style as WOTL CGI btw). You have been ignoring and misrepresenting people's actual points and lying to misrepresent what they're claiming from the beginning.

You've conveniently and consistently ignored words I use like "Based On" to engage in pedantic sophistry that you don't even have any proof for if we take your rhetorical arguments at face value. The Devs didn't even say they were only using PS1 content.

I think KingOfFriedChicken is way off base of replicating content, if we take his logic to heart every forgery of a painting is a unique masterpiece. But he posted a quote from the dev team that clearly make it sound more like they reverse engineered both games without the source code than merely used the PS1 assets.

But to hear you tell it, it's all just stuff from PS1, every time you respond to me you pretend that's the case. You know it's not, so why are you being so dishonest?

They didn't remove it from the menu on purpose. An Nvidia driver update busted it.
