my damage settings are based on 'true' difficulty, and I agree, they're definitely not exactly harmless anymore. but I still think that the game goes too easy on you with the enemies' arsenal

Then maybe its better to punch your way through, and only shoot when necessary...

I just dump out what I don't need into a pile and let the firestorm delete it, the storage for the rail system yes needs to be improved to let you dump into it better as otherwise you will need one storage for each time that you want to put back into the system or you will need to constantly select a new item in the list before putting it in.

A sorting hopper would be nice, and could cut down on how complicated the rail system can get, however it will also become a choke point. I essentially made my own in a play through, I had 1 storage building for every item built in the central plains, and had everything routing to and from there... The system was slow and inefficient. I've since redesigned my buildings.

I like hypno shroom but it doesn't really come in handy except for a few night levels from my experience playing adventure and the survival modes. A shame really, does make a nice addition to the zen garden though!

Low TTK is for noobs to get easy kills, the higher the TTK the less chance a noob gets any kills at all. High TTK demands better, more consistent tracking. Only a console controller peasant who uses all of the auto aim assists would think this.

That's the stupidest take I've seen. There are other skills besides tracking. How about skill of being quicker and more precise? Skill of positioning, forward-thinking and watching your steps? Team awareness? Is CS with instant headshots more casual than Cod or Apex?
You know nothing about ttk in games. Nor about diferent manifestation of skill in games. There are many skill types besides mechanical.

in CS the TTK in CS is only short if u aim for the head!!! this is important part. it rewards headshots.

See also BF3: if you aim for headshots, the opponent falls immediately, but only then is the TTK short.
If you aim for the body, it feels like you need half a magazine.
In BF3, on the other hand, if you switch from softcore to hardcore, you'll be taken down by absolute low-skill players with a single shot.
