Easier to use and less micro-intensive because... look, I like the game, but I have to take breaks because the micromanaging of ships in this game is overwhelming. You have to manage all their abilities, their stances, their targets, their boarding actions, counterboarding actions, strike craft squadrons, and try to keep them all from running into each other, and you have to do this for each individual ship IN REAL TIME. And since the fleet scores go up as the game progresses, the micromanaging gets worse.

Its too much, it gets overwhelming, and I like the game. I've tried to get a few friend interested in the game and they just can't.

Most of the people I saw boasting about preordering the game are now making discussions about how to fix crashes and fix optimisation problems, you cannot make it up!

You paid extra to be beta testers, when this game is heavily discounted and all the fixes are out then I might consider it, you will never learn :VSnake:

this is dumb logic, not everyone paid just to play it early.

And the blurry effect is an intentional design choice. It's to make you way the pros and cons of using the alcohol.

Causing the player real world physical discomfort is a poor way to balance a video game mechanic, as is requiring the player to spend valuable skill points in order to mitigate the effects.

Instead, you could apply debuffs to the player when the alcohol wears off. If a player has a lot of alcohol that they can continue to drink, then apply multiple stacking debuffs, for example, if they drink too many too quickly after one another to discourage that.

No one is forcing you to use the alcohol.
And you're exaggerating greatly. I have one point put into the alcohol tolerance perk, and it diminished the effect a LOT.

I'd rather NOT have stacking debuffs on my character. The blur effect is fine. It makes sense. It's meant to mimic being drunk.

There is a way to negate the effect, by putting points into the tolerance perk.

If you dont want to spend your points on that, then don't. The choice is there, but you don't want to engage with it.

It would be like complaining that the combat is too stressful,because your HP is too low, because you refuse to put points into increasing your HP.

Or, complaining that the lack of inventory space is causing you distress, and refusing to put points into increasing your inventory.

And instead, complaining that the developer did a poor job designing his game, and demanding it be changed just for you.

And you don't speak for everyone. Saying that no one uses the alcohol buffs is simply not true. A lot of us do use them.

At least he didn't beg for Ukrainian localization.

It only works like 1/4 of the time I try to use it. I don't have 18 hours on this game, because I've been having fun playing it. I have 18 hours of frustration. I finally uninstalled it after getting to that ridiculous arena in the Biological/Organic node. That was so stupid, because I've spent the entire game building a stealth-focused build, because you know this is advertised as a stealth game. So I have very few combat upgrades. And now I'm forced to fight wave after wave of elite enemies. This is just dumb. I'm not grinding an indie stealth game to progress through a forced combat encounter.

I don't have an issue with you saying you enjoyed it, but this rewriting of a foreign work is textbook cultural imperialism. Erasing cultural elements while promoting your own interests is unacceptable. It's not for localisers to decide how the script and characters should be.
