As for the map, it's many times bigger than GTA 5, over 300 km^2, and almost as large as New York City. Can you name a larger map? It may seem empty, but's far from small.

For the resources to have value they need to actually have.. you know... value or are actually rare/hard to aquire by default and not because some D-bags hog resources that they dont even need? If you have a T6 scout with rockets you have all the equipment youll ever need for PvP. Spice is not treated as the most valuable substance in the universe in this game, it barely has any value outside of being another crafting resource and arguably in that department it isnt more valuable then Plastanium.

Not to mention Dune, atleast the first book, is all about the war between house atreides and harkonnen and how the fremen under Paul atreides dethroned the emperor. It was not a fight over materials to build ornithopters with rocket launchers between basically what amounts to illegal spice smugglers fighting over scrap amounts of spice melange.

Not that the player actually has any influence on the war of assasins, or that the story that is being told through the faction questline actually has the player DO ANYTHING thats tied to the war of assasins. You can declare your loyality to one of the houses.. and then youre off to the deep desert to blow up players that might just aswell be part of the very same faction you just pledged loyality too.. does that make sense to anyone? I mean even as an atreides aligned player who had an audience with Duke friggin Atreides.. i can still go and shoot up the atreides outposts in hagga basin.. i mean wtf?

the tall room to the right of 00,01 has a secret wall you can blow up on the left. You can get a bomb next to it by infinite jumping up and left.

Came back after 2 years: back then if I hosted a game, I got a full team almost immediately, now I've been sitting/playing for alone more than 15 minutes and nobody is joining. What happened?
