I've been seeing the above message this entire week (I don't remember when it started exactly, but my last played date was Sunday the 11th and I've tried many times since then. I've tried restarting Steam and/or my computer, verifying the integrity of the game cache, deleting the .exe and then verifying, none of it works. This happens to me with other games sometimes, but restarting Steam or my computer will always do the trick eventually. What could be the problem here?

Every time I try to run BL2, I get an error code 53, Steam Servers are too busy. I tried turning off steam synchronization, as well as verifying integrity of game cache. Is there an easy fix for this
