Every time I try I launch the game, I get a "Completing installation" window that gets to 100% then fails with error code 53. Re-downloading doesn't help, restarting everything doesn't help, and

please help i can't open darksiders because i am having the failed to start error.

and give me the error code. It may be possible that my computer crashed (for other reasons) after installing but before playing the game (in both cases) .

My specs:
Windows 10 x64
i5-2500k
8,00GB RAM
I've been having some issues with a few games (Hitman Absolution and Sniper Elite V2 so far, but won't happen with other games such as To the Moon) and this error, I tried re-downloading the game

I get error code 53 for just cause 2 everytime i try to launch it, i can not disable McAfee real time thing because i am not admin on my computer

All games works with Install and Play. ONLY THIS ONE HAS A ISSUETO START!

This doesnt always happen however, but I want to know if there's a work-around so I can launch the game?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiaNL7v8Hn8 i have this problem when i open up my game and ive tried a lot of things such as turning off real time scanning on my mcaffee and i even uninstalled mcaffee. i have also tried verifying the game integrity many times, uninstalling and reinstalling steam and the game and i also have tried renaming the game to see if that could fix it. nothing is working please help.

error code #53, even though I've opened all the steam ports, I legitimately turned off McAfee entirely (firewall and realtime), and I've checked for sure that my internet works reliably. Every other game
details such as if I turn off the firewall, a sound pops up with the steam error instead of when the firewall being on, there is no sound but just the window. I can't seem to figure out otherwise though
