From what I have tested they do work exactly as the description reads. Which does mean they can be useless/near useless.

I could see them being reworked to act as a cheat death instead, but then again those already exist with all mother amulets but you are actually not meant to use the regular versions only the "True" ones. Even changing the offering system for the all mother amulets to if you charge a soul stone to 10, then offer it with an all mother amulet to get a "True" version that gives the cheat death and the permanent HP bonus.

But hey, I partially agree with Noam Chomsky when he says that Russia isn't as bad as the US was in Iraq. I've always mostly agreed with Chomsky except in this case he seems to be a little delusional and simply often repeats similar garbage that Putin says in his speeches.

I agree, sure, they are not as bad as the US was in Iraq. However, it's not because of any intent or not, it's because Russia is unable to be as bad as the US was. If Russia was more capable in Ukraine then perhaps they could be as bad as the US was, but the nature of the conflict is what it is. So sure, they are not as bad and they aren't killing as many civilians. It's idiotic however to deny that they regularly do target civilians on purpose, and it's a double standard for these left contrarians to have if they are unwilling to admit it about Russia to whatever extent but they will about the US, Israel, etc (which I agree to condemn 100%, and sure I think the US and Israel are worse -- but again, that usually only boils down to being a whataboutism or similar fallacious distraction away from what Putin is doing).

Putin and his cabinet are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ war criminals just like Netanyahu and his defense minister, just like every US president and so many other US politicians and military, just like the Israelis which are just yapping dog US military officers in the Levant, since Israel is most importantly a US military outpost, existing and thriving on slaughtering their neighbors and half of the population they directly control yet pretend sometimes not to.

Putin is one of the worst world leaders on the planet and Putin has caused unnecessary violence in Syria and Chechnya as well. It's unfortunate that Chechnya couldn't be liberated from Russian influence and control and they lost the second war to Putin. Mentioning whatboutisms e.g. about Iraq, is something Putin himself, lo and behold, seemed to resort to doing, something that western contrarians on the left (or right) seem to need to resort to as well.

Zelensky didn't cause the war that has ravaged his country and killed many of his people, idiotic to think that he caused the war since 2014 not to mention. The war in east of Ukraine didn't just up and start all of a sudden because of "separatist Ukrainians", it was started after Russian mercenaries attacked a town somewhere which they admitted to themselves, not that they have to as it's objective fact from other sources etc what happened and we don't need a Russian mercenary war criminal who helped to lead the first attack in Ukraine starting in 2014.

That is, after the Ukrainians popularly disowned the former pro-Putin puppet Yanukovych during months of violent protest where former security services that were late dissolved helped to murder unarmed protesters protecting him, protests all being about Ukraine wanting to join the EU but Yanukovych not wanting to do so out of pressure from his boss Putin.

Putin was angry that his puppet in Ukraine was run off by popular dissent, he then went to do his "soft invasion" and the war in eastern Ukraine began after Russian forces attacked. Ukraine didn't have a civil war start all of a sudden, utter BS, utter nonsense, and repeated lies told by western contrarians on the left (and right), Russian bots, and whoever else. Also can't forget brainwashed Chinese, Indian, and other contrarians and their bots.

Also some idiotic stuff about Zelensky snorting coke (even if it were true, I wouldn't give a damn, and I wouldn't blame the guy either!) etc. It never ends, just more BS to distract you away from the truth that so many in the west and elsewhere and unable to admit because it'd clash with some automatic association they have with intl affairs, politics etc in which they mindlessly lump it into the same category as, e.g. NATO activity in the Middle East or other US foreign policy that has nothing or extremely little to do with Ukraine.

Sure, I hate US foreign policy, I hate policy in Middle East, with Israel, etc. I could lazily, without pointing to how and why or anything to back it up, I could very lazily lump it into the same "category" as helping Ukraine, condemning Russia, etc. However, that'd be idiotic and just incorrect. Folks will just bring up some US MIC topics etc also to distract away from whatever, to lazily connect dots between that and other foreign affairs issues that have nothing or extremely little to do with Ukraine and the context of European NATO countries vs Russia, as opposed to other random global activities mostly led by the US and in which most of the other Euro countries don't even take much part in, except the UK mostly I guess.

When I launch the game, it will load in and when it gets to this black screen, the game will go into a windowed mode. and then it crashes and I get this message that says "unexpected error while loading game files, check for any data that may have been modified or corruptied from the initial install (Error Code 0x44415441)" and im not a tech guy, so I have no idea what to do
