Do all of the above, then the homeless man will appear in the pharmacy (you need the money to help him) and then invite him to the shop

But for some reason I can't trigger attacks on either the homeless man or the bald man. I've already gave money to bandits when they tried to rob me.
Anyone else have this problem?

I have got that until the homeless man in the clinic and Akane paid the bill (thanks goodness that I grind for getting enough money by did the part-time works in Morris Mart and Madam Yu Restaurant)

But when that homeless person get invitation to the shop?

Yes, but he would spawn in the closest station, not sure the one he started and anyway he would learn nothing. (outside self-destruct haha)

But if he was stuck outside the bubble, he would have been able to selfdistruct and be back on a station with his sidewinder.
