they did not entered the industrial age yet?
Not even close, no.

can you expand on Ghark Ironskin?
Ghark Ironskin is the Tyrant of the Ironskin tribe (funny, that), who runs such a prolific slave trade with the Chaos Dwarfs that they made him a mechanical Rhinox to use as a mount basically as a "thanks for doing business, keep it coming". His tribe is also noted as having one of the largest proportions of either Leadbelchers or Ironguts (I can't remember which), also because of that trade arrangement.

and about Bragg too pretty pls :)))))))
Well *Bragg* is the Gutsman, a wandering Bruiser with an enchanted hook-flail implied to be made from one of the blades of the Black Orc Warlord that Greasus killed at the Fire Mouth. He drifts from tribe to tribe selling his services as an enforcer and battlefield hitman, with an uncanny ability to hit weak points with his hook causing him to be so feared by his contemporaries that he is flatly refused leadership of any tribe (even if he wins the traditional challenge for it) and his inevitable expulsion requiring him to wander anew.

I mentioned *Skrag* however so I don't know if you meant him instead (a lot of people mix up their names since they're so similar). He's the Prophet of the Maw, a former Butcher whose hands were cut off by his Tyrant for accidentally feeding him his favorite gnoblar and was cast into the Gorger-tunnels that run beneath the Mourn with his cauldron chained to his back.

Rather than dying, however, he rammed his cleavers into the stumps of his arms and quickly proved himself to be the scariest thing down there. The Gorgers took him as their leader after he ripped the previous alpha's throat out with his teeth, and he found a way out of the tunnels and led his new charges back to the site of his old tribe and destroyed them wholesale.

He is, as his name suggests, the chosen of the Great Maw, and wanders from battlefield to battlefield driven by visions and compulsions given to him by his god. His victims are hacked up and tossed into the pot he still drags behind him, and the more meat he amasses the stronger he and his Gorgers become (and the better the post-battle feast he prepares before leaving is).

if thats true how come the empire can mass produce steam tanks? if an mbt is possible then surely a couple thousand guns arent an issue
They can't. There were only ever twelve of them and they were all hand-crafted by a single prodigious engineer who is the setting equivalent to Leonardo da Vinci, and the most important part (the boiler) can't be replicated by anybody else.

So why did Horus betray Sigmar anyway?
Because Nagash told him that Malcador was a plot by Malal (I mean really its in the name) to bring back the Pygmies.
Yeah I meant Bragg, I have nightmares from my brother when he used him against my heroes and even generals back in the day, that bugger

But yeppee! thanks for Skrag info too

I think the V5 setting is just plain stupid. Vampire: The Requiem allows vampires to use electronics, heck you can develop superpowers allowing the manipulation of electronics, but of course it got canceled and this ugly garbage is now the only game on the market. The ttrpg industry can get effed. Every game they crap out nowadays is unplayable ugly garbage polluted by the creator’s deranged psychological baggage. We need alternatives that don’t suck arse.

EDIT: Hunter: The Reckoning 5 in particular is a huge punch to the face of fans. In previous games, particularly Hunter: The Vigil and Orpheus, it was not unusual for PCs to work as part of an organization of some kind to investigate or fight monsters and so on. Reckoning 5 outright says that organizations and human civilization is evil and must be destroyed. It is insane anarcho-primitivist screed that serves no purpose other than to insult fans of previous games.
I'm liking it more and more. The electronics issue I'd probably solve by setting the game in the 1990s (1970s Grindhouse) or earlier, before the Cell Phone Problem becomes an issue. Or, if maintaining tension and a sense of isolation aren't important to me, I'd simply ignore that aspect of the setting. Rules and lore are just tools in a toolbox, use the tool that suits the situation and disregard the others.

I can't speak on Hunter, as I never actually got around to reading it. So many games to play, so little time.
Uh huh. Requiem is still a superior toolbox to V5. It is actually designed to be a toolbox and not a shallow cash grab trying to bank on GenX nostalgia. For instance, the VII sourcebook presents three different versions of VII for the GM to use. It’s hardly GURPS, but it actually inspires my imagination.
