Grouchy boy with covid at the moment but all the unfiltered spam in general discussion including the many non-English threads is kind of annoying NGL.

Agreed. This is one area where Tyler could definitely improve: delivering timely devlogs and update notes when a patch/update drops. It's by far my biggest complaint about the game and its development so far.

When it comes to powering something that needs to stay on constantly, like a freezer, i recommend you have batteries in the loop.

And it helps to have more power then it says for the one item. I always throw in one or two extra power sources. If it says it needs 2500, I would (myself) aim for about 4000 of dedicated power sources feeding into multiple batteries.

The amount of power supplied by wind turbines drops as they become damaged. So even at lower power output, the additional units still provide the needed 2500.

The batteries give some slack so I can run out and repair the turbines before the freezer loses power and all the food inside rots.

Has been deas since EA when they gave up on making an MMO.
