If by 'skipping content' you mean 'avoiding some gun battles due to using stealth' then I suppose so, as long as you class mowing down a bunch of extra mooks as 'content.'

As an example, there may be a scenario in which it's possible to enter the building through a locked roof hatch that has a strength check, thus allowing you to avoid the guards at the front door, and allowing you to enter unseen. Any person who lacks the right strength requirement has no other option than to take the 'guns blazing' route and avoid stealth.

I was torn both ways.

On one hand I wanted to see how things progressed with Hasta Tria especially considering how intriguing The Praetorium was but on the other hand Janet and Abe just blowing him the ♥♥♥♥ away with a heavy-duty laser emplacement as their attempt at hostage rescue was a pretty amusing blindside that was just kind of like "Welp! So, from what I can see, the Black orb of doom (Wraith) Goes invincible for a short amount of time after you land your shot, so you gotta wait a bit before shooting it again.

Yeah volta do have faster stagger recovery speed, probably some error in their individual stats.

да не понимаю я там ниче, но настройки то в целом не менялись + такое не только у меня, за последние 2-3 дня просто некоторые сайты не грузятся, стим работал через раз и друзей, у нас одинаковый провайдер. скорее всего в нём проблема
