I don't understand the single player component of this game. The lack of a save game feature continues to go unaddressed, which is starting to sound to me as though the back end is built for MP and it's too much hard work to implement. So why release with single player modes at all? I bought this for SP - because I'd heard about the campaign and it looked really good (it still is!) - but it remains completely non-viable for me and, apparently, many others, months after launch.

Release in Early Access as a MP only title, and save the SP content for later once it can be rolled out with a save game function. And then a lot of people, myself included, hold off because we know it's not for us yet; instead of screaming into the void with messages like this cause we feel ripped off.

That's not an accurate description of her ability. She turns one face-down villager into a Baker. Not the next one you flip over.

And you see? I still didn't have it right even after looking at descriptions. The current description is bad and should feel bad. It needs a revision.

Free roam/ Free play? Game sends you back to the main menu like all previous games. One of the worst parts of the series. No point of doing any of the 3 free roam activities if it is all lost after the last mission.

After the first mission I sold some stuff then bought some potions, doing both didnt get me the achievement?

Well yeah, it uses adb to connect both the PC and the quest, for that to work dev mode has to be enabled. All androids need to have it enabled for adb to work.

Difference is I don't need a google account to use android or enable developer options, yet alone provide them with more personal info on an online portal that can be shut down and then my device removed functionality/bricked when they ban me/discontinue support, which will happen with the Quest 2 soon enough.
I've no idea why people keep defending the Quest, its terrible in every way unless all you're into is the kiddie games on the Quest store.
