You think they can't get cheats after round 1? Ignorance that is. With how bad they played before I can see why they would get cheats.

You know what? Yes, the lock system in this game is bad. I still use it against most enemies, and there's only a few bosses against whom I'm better off not using it, but when compared to the camera lock from Kingdom Hearts, it's very frustrating.

For a bit of comparison, where's how camera lock works in Elden Ring:
- The locked enemy will always remain in the middle of the screen, which against some enemies (like the Dancing Lion at point blank) causes a nausea inducing spin in all direction because of how much that boss moves.
- Your character is hard locked towards the target, meaning you will always face towards the locked enemy and cannot look any other direction unless you remove the locking.
- Despite being hard locked, your character is very slow at following your target. This results in a few time Gaius hit me in the back while I was using my shield to block his attack, because he ran behind me and my character didn't turn around to face him.

And here's how it works in Kingdom Hearts:
- When you lock an enemy, it will entice the camera to pan in a way that you can still see the locked target in your field of view, but the camera will still have some degree of freedom for you to look around when you move your character.
- Even though your character is locking on a target, if you move around, your character will look in the direction you're moving.
- However, the good point is, whenever you use an attack or use Guard, your character will automatically and instantly face the direction of the locked target (unless you don't have any target locked).

Does it make this game absolutely bad? No. Does it mean Kingdom Hearts is better? No.

There's always room for improvement somewhere, and I agree with the basic idea of just highlighting them even if the devs won't ever read it, notwithstanding the rant (but I can also understand the need to vent out).

On a final note, I think the title (i.e. being done with Elden Ring) doesn't help. There have been attention seeking individuals in the past who used those same keywords to constantly criticise the game, while also constantly coming back for more.

As i said in my previous post, he had manual lock on activated.

With manual lock on, if you start an attack with a slow weapon and then while the attack animation is happening move the stick to a side or backwards to prepare a dodge for example, the character will then immediately face into that direction and the attack gets redirected into that direction, missing the enemy, not getting the stagger, and probably getting pummeled by the enemy. Its infuriating when it happens.

According to the Known Issues post, ranked matchmaking isn't enabled yet, they'll be enabling it along with some of the early patches.

Am I doing something wrong? I can't seem to unlock the achievements for only telling the SWAT Ai what to do on a mission, or for not using anything except the tactical gear.

What gives?

NATO is pretty lame replacement for the U.S, wish it was still U.S, RU and China. Nato can be it's own faction fighting somewhere else and Same with PAX.

the issue is that this isn't even a NATO, its just USA 2.0, no actual Euro factions, lame as expected of safe corpo slop.

I mean Nato can be the Euro Faction since the game revolves around armies and can have different Voice Lines to go along with it while excluding any American Voice lines to make them unique.
