Yeah it's almost like it's an industry standard feature in story games that people generally expect to have.

Path Finding has gotten very bad for me. Vehicles are struggling horribly with getting anywhere. Constantly getting stuck, having to be babysat, and randomly driving into the water then eventually dying because they can't get back onto shore.

I find I am often baby sitting every unit because of this. Infantry also struggling big time. I don't recall it being bad the last time I played.

Doesn't appear to have any affect on what it is unit or vehicle wise. I went ahead and saved up and tried with all of them. Single units also have the issue.

To add onto this I am having the rally marker set away from the barracks but units are deploying and getting stuck in the barracks.

Tested with me owning half the map, and owning only a large Island. Doesn't seem to matter for their path finding. I did run a test where I contained the outbreak to just a district but still the same path finding.

My answer: If a video of Jorgito that's less than 3 minutes long is boring to you, seeing as it's a non-famous user, imagine watching an entire 30- or 40-minute video that could last a game set. I doubt that no matter how legitimate someone is, you'd watch the 40-minute average of a close match.

He could have uploaded a 5 minute video of him blatantly spin botting or just killing his team mates and it still would not mean anything to me or even to valve.

Your post is all over the place so I will just summarize it all here with the whole Clara scandle.

She's an idiot that got caught because she showed her cheat tool live and didn't have it configured properly. The streamer mode in most cheats will literally hide the cheat ui and anything related to it (ie hit boxes in game) from streams and recording software, but still have it visible to the person cheating. Many of those cheats will have a toggle button so you can quickly switch the cheat ui (or the cheats themselves) on and off. Why do you think the term "toggle" exists in regards to cheaters? cheaters who cheat just enough to get an edge and win but not enough to be obvious.

And I could go on and on about famous people who were caught in live streams, events, and LAN parties.

The thing is, no matter how hard someone tries to hide it, whether they're recording or streaming, it's very noticeable. A cheating player without active cheating is like putting a 12-year-old with the PC monitor off or playing without a mouse.

So I will just summarize the rest of the people you talk about:
why are many of them only caught when they make too many obvious plays or accidentally showing their cheat software if it's so easy to tell? Forsaken was found out to be using the same cheats at several over major events prior. Or the steamers who have been streaming for years that are suddenly caught? Are you telling me they just suddenly decided to download cheats a few days prior and throw their streaming career away?

There are people that will analyze demos to point out suspicious "gotcha" moments for every major player that has had a cheating accusations thrown at them.

you never heard of allkeyshop.com ? and you didnt buy the game because people you dont know said it sucks? how do you know that it sucks you didnt even play it lol...though i do NOT recoomend you play this game until you have beat Pillars of Eternity 1 and 2 because this is a sequel to that. Thats one of the main things that people dont get that hate on this game.
