Because your comment is very lacking in reasoning. If it's done well, it would benefit the dev's financially, allowing them to develop more content and earn from it. Live service isn't ♥♥♥♥, it's just done badly by some companies. Survival games benefit from live service. Just like the games I've already named above.

it seems ,you dont read the thread here. on the last posts here its explained how it works. and NO. you dont need Vorpx. You just nedd the normal ETS2 Branch, starting it via TMP with the above mentioned starting parameters, and it works.

Thanks for that...I managed in the end to play multiplayer with Virtual Desktop......is kind of bad on the old rute Duiburg-Calais......but I tried and now I'm asking my self if it will work for other games :D......but tomorow I will test more..... Thanks for the help....I play with Oculus Rift S and Quest 2.....and I was confused at the begining with -openxr because I had -oculus and I had no ideea how it will work....but now makes sense.
