Yeah that sounds like a bad map seed with five and I got 0 with grey sand.

I believe it's the choice in a run when you upgrade your gun or your ability(grenade). I know mod makes it sound like it should be within the loadout box but it's not.

I wish there would be some change to enemy loot as well. Broken weapons that never jam for the enemy and only 10 rounds of ammo total when looting their corpses never felt right. Not a single NPC in the entire zone has weapons in good condition and a couple of spare mags worth of ammo?
Let them run out of ammo and have to switch to their sidearm. Let their weapons degrade and jam if they're in bad condition. Let us loot a weapon with an attachment or two or a weapon that's in good condition
