Read the reviews in all languages and the positives ones you will see they are having issues with performance in many of them.
They just gave a good review because they like the game.

Das erste Open-Beta-Wochenende findet vom 9. August, um 10:00 Uhr MESZ, bis zum 11. August (ebenfalls 10:00 Uhr MESZ) statt.

Das (verlängerte) Beta-Wochenende 2 startet am 14. August und endet am 18. August, wobei die Start- und Endzeiten hier ebenfalls 10:00 Uhr MESZ sind.

Interessant wäre zu wissen: Welche Prozesse sind sonst noch am Laufen (Taskmanager) und welche Windowsversion (Winver) und welche Hardware wird verwendet (Einstellungen--> System--> Info)

Other than a weird fetish stuff, it's not that useful. Forced sexual interaction for pawns is the same as many other suppression action towards slaves and prisoners, or social fights for your normal colonists. The chance of pregnancy is the only difference, mechanically. It's also really hard to find any RJW mods that have Ideology precepts of bestiality or rape well integrated into the gameplay.
