Why should I have to use more of my brain power than whatever is needed to win? If you want me to play smart, then the onus is on you to make me play smart. If I'm bodying you with projectile spam, and you aren't doing anything to stop it or adjust for it, then I'm just gonna keep spamming projectiles because I know you'll be an easy win and you won't do anything about it. I mean, you're complaining about how braindead projectile spam is, but if you're so smart then you should just beat it. Besides, you'll have to learn to deal with fireballs in any fighting game that you go to that has them; you may as well learn and improve like the rest of us have to so that you can actually get those wins rather than appeal to the devs to hand you the wins on a silver plate.

Also, I'm just gonna be real with you: people rage quitting against me fills me with way more life than me just winning the set. When I get RQ'd against, I stand and cheer because I know that I beat them on a personal level and not just at the game. I don't t-bag or taunt or do anything directly antagonistic or disrespectful, but I will absolutely try to frustrate my opponent with my play with the hope that one of them RQs. I'm not sure alt+F4 is quite the power move you seem to think it is.

Long story short I"m on a big self improvement grind and having a chill friend who plays the types of games I play is a huge goal of mine. I have a lot of friends but our taste in games has diverged a lot over the years.

I"m a bit introverted when it comes to meeting new people, although very outgoing when it comes to people I know. So I'd rather meet a friend who is also in as imilar situation, because I don't want to get dragged into a friend group!

I'm pretty chill, 28 year old dude if that matters. I'm on the east coast. Just looking for a bestie top lay (mostly) co-op games with. Hit me up if you're interested! Specifically I want to get into ARPGs because I always liked them but never fully grinded or got to endgame in any of them just because without a friend playing with me I get distracted.
