I heard if you added runes manually in Elden Ring you were banned, you had to spawn the Marika or Lord runes and use these to gain runes. Don't know if it was true as I didn't cheat myself but I seen people trying to get unban. So I guess with Murk it is the same story.

Yep thats how it still works in ER. And getting items as a drop or purchase from a shop caused no problems. Which probably means that modified relics dont flag your save file because you buy them from a shop (aka as a drop, similar to nightlord loot drop). I doubt that fromslop has a system in place to check which relics the shop has generated, since you can own a couple thousand of them which the servers would have to check every time you log in.

Despite the fact that fromslop is fixing the wrong problems with the wrong solutions, them not instantly banning people for having a better sense of game design than the C-team noobs is a sensible decision.
If I play with modified relics only (what do you need Murk for anyway.... not for gambling in the relic shop, once you can modify relics) and still get banned, its not really a loss for me. Im actually starting to feel sorry for people who legitimately try to grind this game and waste all that youth staring in silence at a videogame with no communication system.

I use for my Wylder 2 guaranteed ones. No need to "grind" them. Now Gladius dropped pretty solid third, although I don't want to get rid of the Evergaol passive so I am probably not going to use that one. And I didn't need to cheat.

What core issues do you feel they aren't fixing?

I feel like they addressed at least a decent amount of my issues I had with the game. Sprinting, in-game trading, cruel being removed.

Some other issues they say they worked on, but I haven't been able to see yet: skill rebalance, ascendancy buffs, crafting changes.

this can help to locate your save file:
Steam-Install-Folder > userdata > your user ID > 2218750
Here you should have a folder named "remote" and "remotecach.vdf".

Make a backup and start fresh by wiping your save.
If you want to come back later to the old one, make a backup of your new safe and copy tho old one back.
On launch ignore Steam Cloud Save.

Its a bit inconvenient, but it works.

I experienced two long freezes back to back when playing bugs on a mega city map. They both happen after a big boom goes off, thinking it was after a 500kg goes off and it froze for like 3-5 seconds. Happened twice in about 5 minutes. I've never experienced this before and I wonder if it was because of the 580.88 drivers that I upgraded to. Prior to that I almost never encounter any form of long uncomfortable game freezes. I thought my game crashed byit recovered itself after about 5 seconds. Wonder if it's related but days before the bug MO was completed, was playing on Gacrux (swamp biomes have notoriously poor performance), I had a hard crash to desktop. Just once though. Been ages since I last experienced a crash like this. Game is in a rough state right now.

No. If you read the roadmap it's very clear that the main story will be filled out over time in the free updates.

Speaking of first time playing a video game. Roadmaps are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Anything any company says, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you "read" the roadmap and heed it, you know nothing about video games.

You know what, Steam recently released a recording feature where you can record your runs.

If you go in and record you run, and show video evidence of how "it spawns waves inside you" and shows you gameplay, then i would be more than happy to give you tips to how to learn the fight.

here is a really bad run i did with randoms which too be fair had the title "newbies welcome" on brine 6, and with a really sub par build and trying to use all 3 abilities cause my allies kept dying, and without playing "perfectly" but which of these waves "spawns inside you"?

Notice how i dont use the dash every time? because you dont need to, you can use it to save yourself but the waves are a set pattern, same for his aoe smash its inner ring then outer ring, the brine mod of the constant rotation waves on the ground you need to jump over.

which leaves "but the big wall" which doesnt get summoned on you deliberately, but yeah you need to try and cross over as much distance as possible to get away from it?

And then you might say "but that doenst count cause you arent solo" Okay.

here is from my BRINE 30 run which is basically the hardest difficulty except 4 mods, meaning all bosses does 300% damage and has 300% hp, and i still only take 30 damage from being hit by the big wall. And that fight wasnt done perfectly as i took damage for sure, cause you dont need perfection, even on the hardest difficulty.

Which is why people are saying "you should learn the fight" because thats the reality, that you should learn the fight. instead of saying "this boss has BS unavoidable mechanics" or "the waves spawns inside you

the problem with your multiplayer vid is that its only wave 1 and 2, when wave 3 is the one where the real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happens.
as for which wave spawns inside of me? the big one that goes over half the arena. i played multiplayer with my friend and multiple times, the start point of the wave plopped up right where i was standing/moving. might try and record a run for proof.

the reason why i dont take the "get good" answers all to serious is because i dont struggle with ANY other boss, including the last one in his second spam phase. only problem with that one is the dps check at the end which i havent beaten yet.

Okay so you didnt at all watch the brine 30 clip which i knew you were gonna say "but multiplayer" just so you can keep claiming that the game is at fault.

The boss is a skill check for dodging, you are bad at dodging, thats why you fail it, the other bosses arent dodge skill checks.

you just want to be woefully obtuse and complain for nerfs when we have not only multiple clips of consistently dodging everything, but taking also take a 300% damage wave that still only does 30 damage.

the answer is the same as the start, get good. Instead of crying on here that its unfair. Cause its not.

Play it, don't invest any money, if it gets to much and you aren't having fun, bail. I've put no money in (aside from the $0.99 bundle, which I usually do) and I've had a lot of fun. The last few days I've been stuck on my biggest hurdle at Permit Level V-3 and it does suck, but overall, the game is fun. For now.

In my opinion, it's better to quit the game before you hit the wall, which will block your gameplay energy system in the worst possible way. in which you will choose whether you want a better weapon or upgrade your mech

The "better weapon" are just artificial mandatory minimum number requirements to even play the game. Number too low? You can't actually play until next week.

The chores, and price of packages keep going up exponentially the more you play. Rank 1 promotion package .99 cents. By the time you're 40 it's already up to $50+

I prefer the ice build: Snowburst ring, ice hat (forgot the name), ele amulet, staff from underdark (if you need the actual cantrip). Every time you deal cold damage it not only gets buffed but causes a fairly large ice explosion+surface under their feet. Twin cast it with ice knife or ray of frost and you can take off a half the health of a dozen enemies and leave them double prone with quartered movement speed (so they cant stand up for two turns giving guaranteed crits for two rounds).
