Why, if servers are up, would people with limited time simply hop off of the game when it's otherwise functioning perfectly? If I hop onto a game to level a character and the game isn't stopping me from doing that, who are you or Nexon to say that this is the incorrect thing to do?

Especially if I'm paying for the premium pass, which, I'll remind, Nexon will not compensate me for if I miss the rewards due to not being able to play?

recently had this happen, they removed all my profile showcases and i had to redo them, i contacted support and they allegedly "dont keep history" of what they removed so they couldnt tell me what broke steam guidelines, after replying to them they further told me that its based on user reports so there you have it
