Yes they could have make the Landscape textures more beautiful. But i am happy so far. 64 bit mods work (sadly the unit cusomization doesn't work but i hope they fix it). So far awesome. Have a lot of Fun so far.

They provided relevant clauses from a contract that the judge has a full copy of because they're not going to ask the judge to re-read the entire document every time they reference a part that Krafton broke. This is standard legal format. You trying to infer something untoward about this is just silly and, frankly, ignorant. Remind me again how many Krafton provided for their story...?

This is a classic exmaple of hearsay Get a signed affadavit of the respective Krafton employees, attach it to your lawsuit and then you have what is considered evidence. And before you accuse me of a double standard I can drop you a comment right now where I dismissed hearsay in Krafton's legal response for the very same reason only days ago.

Except Krafton didn't do that. They didn't even name anyone. They made one reference to a unidentified game director who heard other people say they thought some stuff.
That's the hearsay. Krafton heard this from a guy who heard it from some other guys. Literal definition of hearsay.

Fortis references documents, letters sent by Krafton, meetings, and verbal communications from Krafton employees in its The El Segundo office all the way up to Krafton's CEO and Chief Global Publishing Officer. Naturally, for the conversations people will be called upon to provide sworn affidavits to what they said or be called to give witness testimony at trial.

This game is reported to have cost around 400 Million dollars. I'm not sure if this is just dev costs or dev and marketing?

This game would need to sell AROUND 6.6 Million copies of the base price of the game to break even.

your missing the fact that they are going the cod route so there will be micro transactions galore in this. they are starting to think like console companies, the money isn't going to made on game sales its gonna be skins, in game currency ect

Well that explains the "Unavailable Item" slot in my wish-list. That sucks, I was hopping to get it on Steam, since I've figured out how to bypass the payment processors and give MC/Visa the middle finger here (funding my purchases with cash via gift-cards).
