Nope! Anyone detected by Ricochet driver is permanently banned, no going to limited match-making.
Limited match-making comes from either reports or 'flags' until the account has been reviewed by person or AI. Players can get temporary bans, but this is different from limited match-making.

If you don't like being banned, then don't engage in unfair play or "afk farming".

But they say "First offense: User may be temporarily suspended from playing the game online, have their stats, emblems, and weapon customizations reset, and have their leaderboard entries deleted." And I don't get temporarily suspended, don't have recived a notification, nothing, I've be doing this since MW3, and don't have recived a single notification or suspension

1. This is a policy, not a law or contract. Policy's are more like guidelines.
2. It says "may". May can mean 'maybe yes' or 'maybe no'. You got "maybe no"
3. That temporary ban or warning applies to "First offense". You come under the "repeat offenses" section. Everytime you committed (warning or not) afk farming, thats a seperate offence.
4. You appear to accept boosting has always been a violation of the policy, but are debating the punishment. Even if you were hypothetically correct that you should get a warning first, you still have admitted to violating the policy.

That's my interpretation of that policy. Some people view it differently, so Activision have said they will update it to be more explicit.

I actually don't need another game in the genre that would like me to play it forever.

Give me plenty of masteries and a fun gameplay experience and I will play until I've exhausted my desire to try new builds and I'll move on to a new game, quite satisfied.

Come out with some expansions, and I'll return to play around a bit, before moving on again.

I am more than OK with paying for a fun experience that isn't trying to get me to play it for years. I don't need more seasons, more endless content just to grind.

Really like the game, but I despise the toxicity and the trolls.

Can't even have good small communities anymore cuz whenever they lose they just gotta make it loud and clear that it wasn't their fault, in fact, if anyone tries to calm down the situation they just go nuclear.

Why can't people behave under basic social norms while owning a computer capable of running this kind of game is something i'll never understand.
