true, but when it boils down to an exploration based map and you are punished to eternal road damnation for not having prior knowledge is poor imo, its the only thing that should be labeled.

Then you look at the top and it says "Tracking real-time player activity on Steam" in tiny little text just before displaying 4,156. Not exactly all platforms is it.

Then when you look at Diablo 4 it basically says they have no idea. Then they make up a number very similar to what OP wrote with a disclaimer saying you can't trust that number lol.
If you look into how they manage to get that value, it just becomes a rabbit hole of jokes.

oh yeah. i think that site is wrong too. unless blizz has a public/private api where devs can query the player count, i think it's all bs

i miss the old d2 days where when you login and enter the chat, it used to say how many players online and games open.. :(

I extracted around 15 soldiers, but when I checked my Online Brig they are A+ soldiers now. What is going on? Can someone explain? And is it problematic for me? I mean should I dismiss them? No problems for you. You effectively made them "clean" real staff units by extracting them. Nothing wrong.

The only thing is that these units can bug out your prosthetic arm development - there is a skill these women can have that enable you to have your arm development.
If you somehow dismiss the real engineer responsible for that - it will state that you do have an engineer for your arm needs but it will not allow you to develop it.

I would scroll through them to see if they have any weird non-regular skills on them and dismiss those.
By non-regular I mean unique skills from story characters like Miller, Ocelot, Quiet and these engineers for various needs you extracted during story and side ops. Just in case. Most likely they will not cause anything bad.


Note: if you have same bug I had with prosthetic arm development blocked. here is how I fixed it:
I had to dismiss the female bugged staff member and then extract the real engineer again through repeating the mission one more time. Glad it fixed it but it was annoying to figure it out.

Performance has improved. On my 4070Ti 16gb i went from 80-110 fps in 2k ultra
To now getting 150-175, after launching the game this week.

But again, if you are here with a 4050 and expecting a next gen ARPG with 2025 graphics to be be stable, then its a you problem and not a company problem.

"optimization" has a limit to what the devs can do to keep the changes unnoticible visibly.
The optimization alot of people want is to reduce 90% of the animations, remove 90% of the particles and textures, and let the game look like PoE 1, then their old PC will run the game at 100 FPS and they will say "WoW now the game is optimized, thanks GGG"

Definitely some kind of bug with sliding. Its never happened to me, but ive seen it mentioned several times now.
