There is always a calculation to determine if collateral damage is worth it. Do you bomb a hospital, knowing there are militants in it? a church?, a federal building? Someone makes that decision, of course they are immune from the repercussions, unlike the person who follows their orders.

Because it gives them vastly different gameplay implications and a slower niche with more impactful visuals and a heavier feel.

It's not rocket science. Titanquest isn't a simulation of reality. Why is everyone treating it like one?

It's called quickplay. Limited builds and you play vs. bots. Try classic XD

There's Asymmetry, sure, but asymmetry can still hold balance. The game is so fundamentally unbalanced atm.

higher dps tanks, better mg's, a better early game vic roster, better automatic weapons, a better gb and battle ship, longer ranged artillery, the best rocket vics in the game, the best tripod weapons in the game, the best pushguns in the game, better luv's, better battle tanks, cheaper tanks overall, far better vic health (in some cases double as much as what the wardens have), small vehicle crew sizes allowing for more vics to be crewed, hexes which allow for easier building, more common ammo for general use, and so on.
