Really makes you wonder how people keep playing LoL or Dota or de_dust2 game for decades. Brazil still waiting for soccer to be updated with new maps, 2goal is getting pretty stale.

Is it like splinter cell or more like death stranding?

It's more like Spliinter cell than death stranding, In MGS you don't you throw pee and poop at ennemies and the story is good and make sense unlike death stranding.

You don't have to balance your footing or deliver stuff in MGS so comparing a stealth game with a delivery simulator is kinda weird.

In conclusion: MGS DELTA is closer to Splinter Cell.

MGS isn’t like Splinter Cell beyond both being stealth games on the surface. MGS is cinematic, surreal, full of sci-fi, political themes, and Kojima’s weird genius. Splinter Cell sticks to grounded realism and strict stealth — no psychic bosses, no cardboard boxes, no fourth-wall breaks.

Death Stranding may seem different in gameplay, but the tone, characters, pacing, and storytelling are much closer to MGS. It carries Kojima’s DNA. You won’t find that in Splinter Cell.

So yeah — MGS is nothing like Splinter Cell. Not even close.

I just tried the demo of Eriksholm and really loved it – the atmosphere, story, and gameplay immediately drew me in. Also, it’s great that most actions can be handled via mouse or keyboard.

Regarding accessibility: I live with a severe physical disability and can only make one entry at a time. Unfortunately, the current aiming/shooting mechanic requires pressing both mouse buttons at the same time, which is very difficult or even impossible for players with limited motor function.

My suggestion: It would be amazing to have an optional accessibility mode where aiming is activated with a single right-click, and the shot is then triggered by another right-click or left-click. This way, the whole interaction could happen through sequential single inputs – much more accessible for one-handed users.

I'm really thankful that there's a demo – without it, I might have bought a game I physically can't play. I truly hope this kind of accessibility option can be considered in the future.

I'll try to find the in-game tool next time I'm in the game but had 2 bugs this session:
1) doing the big bomb with the brain, the wick sound effect never stopped and followed me through every room rest of that run
2) when i unlocked Lifebloom potion for first time, there was no potion icon even when I held one. I tried swapping different potions but rest of the time I had game open my potion slot just appeared blank square unless I opened the menu to look at it

Is the compass stil visible at to top of the screen? The last time i tried to play hardcore mode I stopped because the compass was still visible.
