"Mythical" just means it is the endgame version of a set with a lower-level version. Lost Souls doesn't have a lower-level version because it is an expansion set.

how can you even argue for buffs over nerfs if you look at what ppl are complaining on here lol. brair builds with hundreds of damage, regen builds with 5-6 digit life.. and bro wants to buff instead of nerf, crazy.
nerfing was absolutely the right call + there have been buffs for a few things anyways if you look at the changelog.
the only place i could get behind buffings atp is tome builds, those are by far the worst thing you can do right now and even just conceptually the countdown mechanic as a whole is just so much weaker than anything else you can do that its sad to look at.

Honestly, those 5–6 digit HP numbers only happen after the build is fully ramped up. On first turn, the highest HP or armor I’ve ever seen is in the 4-digit range, and most stun–regen builds are usually just in the 2–3 digit range.

Thorn only has a strong window for about one turn in most cases. The real problem with thorn and regen isn’t that they are truly “un-counterable,” but that stun makes we can't do anything and just dead -- we can do nothing on their buff and can do nothing on our stun debuff. The only real counters used to be purity or the old pre-nerf bomb. And to be fair, that bomb was too strong—600 damage before anyone even got to act. I fully supported that nerf. But thorn and regen aren’t the same kind of un-counterable; they’re just hard to counter -- like purity build -- because this game has way too few tools to deal with buffs and debuffs.

Meanwhile, other archetypes just can’t scale: Acid is instantly cleared by Melon Lemonade, so it never works in kingmaker final battle; Poison is weak because armor is too easy to stack; Riptide’s 5 HP per turn is laughable against champions; and Books are just too late to use. And most itemsets are mostly trash too—like Iron Chain and Weaver Medallion. I finally complete the set only to get +5 HP and +5 armor? And there are even more random sets that make no sense. Honestly, buffing itemset effects would do far more than just nerfing core builds.

For example, if Honeydew Melon were changed to clear all status effects on both sides, that could actually make poison and acid archetypes viable. Buff itemsets like Iron Chain and Weaver Medallion, give more real counterplay options. Players already have a “gun”—don’t just say “this gun is too OP, let’s nerf it.” Give us shields, dodges, or smarter counters instead.

And honestly, in this patch, the only buffs I think really mattered were to Lightning Rod and Poisonous Pufferfish. At least the self-stun interaction is finally playable. The rest of the so-called buffs didn’t hit the right spots at all. Most of the patch is still pure nerfs. Acid, poison, and riptide remain weak second picks—the only real change is that top meta builds got chopped down, so the overall ceiling dropped. It’s not “diversity” at all—it just feels like disabled builds fighting each other. I don't like that.

No one is wasting time or character slots embedding spies in your noob potato farm get a grip.

if you have used 10 catalysts then you should see 12 symbols in the module slots

The game is designed to drop the fps in the menus to 60 if its above that when in game. This effect is present with or without DLSS/FSR running.
