most enemies had to much hyperarmor while you had basically 0, the best strategy was always to use axe with poise buff or dual blade clash and just brute force it. It was bad. I haven't played the new version sionce i finished the game but the poise balance was definitely off.

Don't see why any cheaters would care about secure boot. You can easily get cheats that circumvent it. The most viral clip of the new battlefield game is legit someone cheating lmao.

This entire thing is pointless. Will any of the supposed 300k cheaters secure boot prevented from playing beta 1 simply decide not to get more up to date cheats? Probably not. It's just a waste of time and a headache for honest players.

I can't say much about your other comments, but regarding the clips of some people cheating in BF 6, that's to be expected.

Though it does bewilder me on how a modest group of people think they're not hacking in those clips. I've fiddled with some hacks myself back in the day, there is nothing ground-breakingly new, but I can see all the signs of various features being enabled.

I don't think it's all that new though, there is push and pull from developing an anti-cheat. If you boast about a new feature/requirement to mitigate cheaters/hackers, you'll get some very brave people advertising how easy it is to bypass, and flaunt it, like in those clips.

I don't think it's necessary myself however, secure boot is clearly not going to have a sufficient enough effect DICE/EA thinks its going to, and I dare say, it may hold back more of their potential user base than it will bring in.

This is aside from the fact that, secure boot is more "safer" for your device, on a situational basis that is.

+1 mint, switched to KDE desktop environment and got better performance, however yesterday i tried to hop on and couldnt play at all :(
