Probably 25$ is too much, yes. 20 would be enough. But this game delivers SO MUCH for me (actually, it's the most played game for me on Steam) i'm ready to pay this devs. But i just bought expansions pass so it's not so expensive for me.

* Would buy SP3 day 1 - this devs just d't betray my trust once.

well combat AI has 3 settings now. forgiving/challenging/challening+ and the AI behaves differently with targeting on forgiving compared to challenging.

which leads me to why i'm asking, because in my current singleplayer game the independent AI is on "challenging." and i've had some pretty absurd losses in auto combat vs the AI. like my early stack of 5 with my ruler losing to a single lightbringer and blessed dragon.

and i've never really had flukes like these. which is why i'm curious if it's just insanely unlucky combat RNG, or if the player is on forgiving auto combat AI while the independent AI is on challenging.

I would assume it's flukes, I've had the AI pull off some 5D chess moves for me involving defeating enemy armies twice their size and power. Then again that was a slightly more 'objective' based battle rather than open combat until one or both sides flee.

Yeah not seeing what you will get is a bit annoying.

Just at start though, and there is a considerable risk attached to it, even though you can minimize it by taking your time but getting arrested for 1 or even 5 years will make a dent in your income that more then offsets the profits from it.
(especially early on, since as usual with games were you invest, early on capital can nicely snowball).
So yes its can be very helpfull to pull it off 1 or 2 times at start (and worth the risk), but later on unless for RP-reasons I would not recommend it.
And my usual way doing it is to run a get-password activity, then let the arrest risk cool down, then do it again and unless I am really strapped for cash I dont sell the passwords, since that ups the arrest-risk too for rather small amounts of money.

The other profitable passion is journalism, but only the corporate-aim gets a big payout, it also holds the risk of getting sued, but afaik not getting arrested (and such loosing a whole year of potential work etc.).

A singing career can make you a bit of money, but it needs a tremendous amount of training first before you can reliably get gigs and then the money isn't really good.
So its a nice one if the activities help your happiness, since you can basically get paid a bit for relaxing, but its not a prime moneymaker.
(if you manage to get a viral hit going you can make a bit more, but its not very reliable)

Sports allows getting a job and money via product-sponsorship but I can't really say how profitable it is, never did that one far enough yet.
