I don't like to play the game without a fighter in my party. Or a cleric. Those are the two best "get right in there up close" classes. IMO.

I'm not discounting the monk's OP-ness, but I don't like the cheesy stuff like "tavern brawler" and slurping strength elixirs, so for me monk isn't what I'm looking for.

Wouldn't call it cheese if others can benefit from the same such as Throwbarbarians and the all too rare Throw Fighter.

No, that's not been established in the court filing. You're running away with the Publisher's unsubstantiated narrative because of some personal bias. You even admit they haven't provided any details here:

People would take your posts more seriously if you just stuck to the facts rather than adopting everything the publisher says as true while also being extremely critical of what the other party claims - despite they actually citing specific and detailed information and the publisher just making broad, sweeping generalizations without any evidence.

The oceans receding to open up more land with better resources over time, is a top tier mechanic for 4x games.

What you guys should really say is you wish for more updates and better communication from the devs. I wish for these things as well. But at the same time will not deny the hours of enjoyment I got from this game, and still do. Crying on here that "no one gets it" or "lost hope in people". Dont be like Borg. Go outside. Take a deep breath. And enjoy the forest as best you can. Or dont. Literally no one cares.

i have bad news for you, my dear. we have a lot of fun. why you don't do the same? it's not funny after a whole year, to stay in the same. buy a new game an enjoy, or visit a doctor, or better both.
