answer: to incentive players to login every day. For long time players of Warframe, you hit the daily limit in something but it does not really matter does it? Because there's something else to do or you can log off. The Devs know this.

Most lobbies are trying to use conviction since there was a couple videos on it being ' over powered ' with ' no counter play ' even though what is really getting value in those videos is boon exponential, not conviction. But they play into the hype for the views, I can understand that and players just copy.

They wont risk doing a video on streetwise being bugged and heavily exploitable incase they get punished for it. So the copy cat community is not running it.

Using Steam's disk-to-disk game mover, I moved Delta Force back to SSD 1. While playing, I thought it had been more than 5 minutes to test. I opened Steam's Overlay, saw that the session was 5 minutes long, and the game crashed. For reference, I hadn't opened Overlay before during my tests, so that's not the problem.
