While I agree that lack of artwork is a letdown, there is A LOT that could improved by adding animations or effects during story transitions, new artwork (at least mirror some images instead of a lazy copy-paste x3), or even just fine tuning the position reaction overlays (irks me when the 💢 is not offset and right in the center of forehead of a character). I'm the end, a lot of the story heavily relies on imagination and this event

Best way I've found is the crosses/graves found in the desert. Usually get at least one per node

As others have said, you do not forget words learned.

Every time they release a new quest, piece of content, feature, etc that adds more dialogue to aliens, they release a few new words to go along with it.

These are all saved in your character's saved data in a giant JSON file and is not forgotten.

As for what systems you've visited, it would make sense if those are eventually truncated otherwise we'd have 1, 5, 10+ GB save files and the game would take absolutely forever to load.

Placed portable technology disappearing is also understandable, the game can't keep track of the thousands of things that millions of players do amongst 4+ billion planets. That's just insane to expect that to actually happen. Same goes for terrain edits.

Not sure if google translate is translating it properly, but by "beacon", I assume it's those save beacon thingies?

Anyhow, if the limit is 3,900 and you place the 3,900th... usually what happens in most games that have limits like that, is the 1st will get deleted.

Then when you place #3902, the 2nd will get deleted and so on and so forth.

Though I can't imagine the absurdity of someone placing 4,000 beacons in the world, lol. The amount of time one would play to have to visit more than 3000 systems is just... wow.

Don't want female player voices for my character. Defending female combat roles is in the weeds. I'm going to assume the best and that its a glitch. If this is a setting to increase female player's immersion, that great. To thee point of immersion, its breaking to hear my character scream "medic!" with a female voice. That should be a toggle setting and default male. Glad females want to play BF. Whatever the glitch is it should be fixed.
