The Wiki says that monks need Dexterity "for bonuses to attack and damage rolls of unarmed strikes and monk weapons". So, when I made my Open Hand monk, I invested most of points in Dexterity and left Strength at 8. Now I've noticed a very strange thing: my "Flurry of Blows" ability (open hand strike) has base damage 16-32 when my Strength is 8, and increases dramatically to 26-42 if I raise my Strength to 19 with a weapon (Club of Hill Giant Strength). So, my question is obvious, is Wiki not correct and monks do need Strength instead of Dexterity?

im currently using the mod free decks that allows you to put any unit on a deck.... so i created one with bunch of t-72 and some inf and helis but when im playing agaisnt the ai it seens that only send about 4 tanks and 5 inf units, a few helis and thats it, and is on hardest mode wich make it have double points and units, yet i dont see the map filled with tanks or any meaningful force.. i remember a year ago i was doing the same and the AI actually used all the points on all units available and i always got a rush of helis and tanks but now the helis barely push and they stay in a captured zone, and is crazy to see around 9 helis flying stationary in the objective that is closest to the enemy base

I would like to report a bug on the Rookie Wasteland EU server.

All the NPCs have disappeared. It seems like they have fallen through the map textures.

Could you please look into this and fix it if possible?

Thinking about returning to the game, but i'd like to know how is the state of the storylines currently. I read around a bit and found out the Octane storyline got finished, but found nothing about the storyline with a doctor hiring you to boost her (truck job iirc) and another storyline i remember someone mentioning about one of your mercs with neuro-rot. How is the state of these two currently?

1 - Old rare masks were dropped to the 'uncommon' pool (which is the lions share 75% of the drop chance (except father winter power armour... they kept that in the rare for reasons)

2 - 5 new glowing masks were then added to the rare pool

Rare odds of a mask were 0.2% last time
Rare odds of a mask are 0.25% this time

So you almost (I got a garbage mask with a father winter dud) get a glowing mask when you land the 1/20 chance

Ok, did start the game another time and didn't even get past the loading screen. So i'm afraid my suggestion of compatibility mode is not working.

There is no way in the vanilla to return ascended cultivators.

it seems fun, if you want a game with longevity, honestly thats just up to how much you play personally, its just hard to say with fighting games however
